I was excited to order the patterns, but the international shipping was way too expensive—actually, at first I thought maybe it was fine, but then I realized the shipping cost more than the patterns themselves.

I bought this pattern thinking the sew-along would walk me through the tricky parts, but of course it seemed to skip right over the exact steps I needed help with. I ended up spending way more time than expected trying to figure it out myself, which was frustrating because that’s the whole reason I paid for it. I asked in the community too, but didn’t really get anything useful back. For the price, I felt like I was left on my own with extra work...

I do like the site, and the patterns are nice overall. I just wish there were more ways to tweak things like sizing and little details before buying. It’s totally fine if you already know exactly what you want, but it doesn’t feel super flexible. Overall, it’s good, just not amazing

I literally felt like I was waiting ages to get help with my issue, and even after all that, it still wasn’t really fixed.

I was a bit disappointed with the pattern selection on Papercut Patterns. A lot of the styles started to feel kind of the same, and I kept looking for something I’d actually be excited to make, but... not much really stood out. For the price, I guess I expected more variety or at least some more different-looking designs. Maybe it’s totally fine for someone else, but for me it just felt a little too limited.

I followed the pattern, but the finished dress, fit really badly. It came out weird and boxy, and looked nothing like the photos, which was disappointing

I liked the look of the pattern, but the instructions were a bit hard for me to follow. I’ve made a few similar projects before, so I’m not totally new to this, but some steps still felt like they were missing or skipped over. I ended up guessing in a couple places, which made it take a lot longer than I expected. More photos or simpler wording would really help.

The patterns are cute. Really nice, actually. But for the price? I don’t know. It just felt a bit too expensive for what you get.

my pattern showed up bent, and the corners were all crushed. the envelope was way too flimsy for shipping something like this. for what i paid, it felt careless and i’m not happy with it.

As someone who really pays attention to the little details when I order, this was super frustrating. I received the wrong pattern, and one of the pieces was missing too. I reached out to support, but it took ages to get anywhere. i don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

I ordered a pattern and had a question about the download, and the support was disappointing. They made it sound like someone would get back to me soon, but I ended up waiting several days. When I finally did hear back, the reply was really short and didn’t actually fix the issue, so I had to just figure it out on my own. The pattern itself might be okay, but I don’t appreciate being promised help and then basically left hanging.

I sent the item back expecting it to be straightforward, but the refund took way longer than it should have. Getting help was frustrating too, replies were slow, and I kept getting transferred around instead of anyone just handling the issue. Not a great experience

The pattern I got was mostly like the photos on the site, which I was happy about. But once I opened the file and started working with it, I noticed a couple little details that didn’t quite match what I thought I was getting. I felt a bit embarrassed because I’d already shown someone the pictures and said that was exactly what I was making. It wasn’t a huge deal, and the pattern was still usable, but I do wish the photos were a little clearer about what’s actually included. Overall it was okay, just not perfect

I don’t think it’s necessarily unusable for everyone, especially if you’re more patient with this kind of thing, but I wasted a decent amount of paper and it just wasn’t a good fit for me
